Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses BLDGDeck. Violating it may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Authority to upload
You must have the right and authority to upload every document you place in a Project — either because you own it or because you have written permission from the owner. You are responsible for confirming that any contract, disclosure, inspection report, proposal, or other document you upload is one you may lawfully process.
Prohibited content
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates confidentiality obligations.
- Government-issued identification documents (driver's licenses, passports, Social Security cards) unrelated to a property transaction and beyond what a workflow requires.
- Payment card numbers, full bank account numbers, or other financial account credentials.
- Health information regulated under HIPAA or equivalent regimes.
- Child sexual abuse material or content that sexually exploits minors.
- Content that incites violence, terrorism, or unlawful discrimination.
- Malware, exploits, or content designed to compromise systems.
Prohibited conduct
- Attempting to access another user's account, Project, or data.
- Scraping, reverse-engineering, or bulk-extracting content from the Service.
- Using the Service to build a competing product using our outputs.
- Interfering with the Service's operation or security.
- Circumventing plan limits, seat limits, or entitlement checks.
- Reselling or sublicensing access to the Service.
- Sending unsolicited commercial messages to other users.
AI use
You must not use the Service to produce legal, engineering, inspection, lending, insurance, tax, appraisal, brokerage, contractor, or other licensed professional advice for others under a pretense of being licensed. AI outputs are informational only. See our AI Disclaimer.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, remove offending content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts. We may cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement.
