This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies BLDGDeck uses, why we use them, and how you can control them.

1. Categories

Necessary

Always on. Required to authenticate you, keep you signed in, remember your cookie preferences, and provide core application functionality. Without these the app cannot function.

Analytics

Off by default until you consent. Used to record aggregate pageviews and funnel events (for example, when a plan is selected on the pricing page) so we can measure and improve the Service. These events do not include the contents of your documents, payment card data, or extracted personal information.

Marketing

BLDGDeck does not currently load any marketing or advertising cookies. The toggle in the preferences panel stores your preference so it will be honored if we ever add them.

2. Third-party providers

Some cookies are set by our subprocessors — Supabase (authentication) and Stripe (payments). Their cookies are necessary for their respective flows. Cloudflare may also set operational cookies for edge security. Refer to those providers' privacy notices for details.

3. Managing your preferences

You can accept all, reject all, or set per-category preferences from the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your choices at any time by clicking "Cookie preferences" in the footer, or by using the button below.

4. Consent record

Your choice is stored in your browser with a version number and timestamp. If we materially change how we use cookies, we may ask for your consent again.
