Questionnaire assistant

Upload a condo, co-op, HOA, lender, refinance, insurance, or due-diligence questionnaire along with your supporting documents. BLDGDeck extracts every question, matches it against your documents, and drafts a source-backed answer for you to review.

How it works

  1. 1. Upload. Provide one questionnaire and up to twenty supporting documents (financials, budgets, bylaws, insurance declarations, meeting minutes, engineering reports).
  2. 2. Extract. BLDGDeck reads every question from the questionnaire — no template required.
  3. 3. Draft. Each question receives a draft answer with a status of supported, partially supported, needs confirmation, or not found, plus citations to the source page.
  4. 4. Review and export. Edit answers in the review workspace, mark questions as reviewed, and export a printable answer worksheet.

Missing-document checklist

When a question needs a document you haven't uploaded, BLDGDeck flags it so you can gather the record and re-run the analysis.

Limitations. BLDGDeck does not certify, submit, or guarantee acceptance of answers by any lender, insurer, board, association, or counterparty. Draft answers must be reviewed by the person responsible for signing the completed questionnaire and, where appropriate, by legal or accounting counsel.
